- What counts as a transcription?
- Each audio file you upload and transcribe counts as one transcription. On the Free plan you get 5 per month; Premium is unlimited.
- Which audio files can I upload?
- Common lecture recordings such as MP3, M4A, WAV and MP4 audio. Free uploads can be up to 10 MB per file, Premium up to 25 MB.
- Do flashcards and study guides come with every plan?
- Flashcards are included on both plans — up to 12 cards per recording on Free and up to 30 on Premium. AI study guides with exam questions are Premium only.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. You can cancel from your account page and keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
- How much cheaper is the yearly plan?
- Yearly billing costs $90 instead of $108, so you get two months free compared with paying monthly.
